The Eaton County Youth Livestock Organization serves to provide educational opportunities for youth involved in Large Animal & Small Animal project areas at the Eaton County Fair. The Organization also coordinates and holds both the Large & Small Animal sales at fair.

At the general meetings, all Large & Small animal families that are currently showing at the Eaton County Fair are eligible to have 1 vote per family. Please see the Constitution & By-Laws on the Documents page for more information.
The Buyer's Workshop, which is an educational workshop for youth to go through sale forms and etiquette on finding a buyer, occurs at the April meeting. Resources from this can be found on the Exhibitors Information page.
2025 ECYLO Back Office Hours
Pick up & drop off forms (pre-fair premiums, proxy forms, carcass packets, etc.) & come in for questions during these hours.
Buyers may come in to drop off premiums, submit payments, and pre-register for the sales.
On June 26th, the back office will take over all sales information from the front office!
These hours are subject to change, so please check before arrival to make sure we are open.
2025 Eaton County Fairgrounds Front Office Hours

Effective May 19, 2025:
Monday-Friday: 9 am to 4:30 pm daily
Wednesdays: Open until 6 pm
The front office will only be open for sale info until June 25th, please see the back office hours!
